Mr. Norng Sokha

Born in Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia in 1979, Dr. Norng Sokha completed his educational journey with a PhD in Business Administration from Beltei International University in 2022. Before earning his doctorate, he acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Assumption University in Thailand in 2011 and previously earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd.) in TEFL from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) in 2004. He also participated in financial training provided by UNITAR Malaysia.

Dr. Norng's research focuses on practical applications in business, marketing, leadership, and educational technology. His main academic interest involves studying consumers' attitudes and behaviors toward purchasing products or services, primarily by applying and expanding theories of technology adoption, innovation, and behavior. This focus is evident in his numerous publications, which cover topics like mobile banking adoption, online shopping, customer loyalty, user satisfaction, and purchase decisions, often using Cambodia as a case study.

In his professional career, Dr. Norng has held significant positions, starting as an Assistant Professor at the ACLEDA Institute of Business. Currently, he plays a key leadership role at ACLEDA University of Business, where he is the Director of the Graduate School and Head of the Center for Research & Innovation. His publications, featured in journals such as the Asian Journal of Business Research, Journal of ASEAN PLUS Studies, RMUTT Global Business Accounting and Finance Review, the Cambodia Journal for Business and Professional Practice, AIB/AUB Research Series, and other peer-reviewed journals, demonstrate his active engagement in academic research and his efforts to promote a research culture in Cambodia's higher education sector.
