Mrs. Touch Sophorn has been a dedicated member of ACLEDA since 2008, when she began her career as a Marketing Officer at ACLEDA Bank. With proven leadership and integrity, she was appointed Head of the Audit and Compliance Office at ACLEDA University of Business in 2019.

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Management from Norton University, Phnom Penh, and brings a wealth of expertise in auditing, compliance, and governance. In her role, she leads strategic planning, ensures the independence and effectiveness of internal audits, and safeguards the university against risks and fraudulent activities.

Beyond audit, Mrs. Sophorn oversees compliance operations to ensure full adherence to national and international standards. She also champions Whistleblower Protection, reinforcing a culture of transparency and trust. As Secretary of the Audit, Compliance, and Ethics Committee (ACECO) of the Board of Directors, she reports directly to the Chairman, providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations.

Through her vision and leadership, she continues to strengthen ACLEDA University of Business's commitment to integrity, accountability, and excellence.
