Young Learner Program
Young Learner Program (YLP) is specifically designed for the young students from 12 years to 15 years of age. Adolescent students are required to take a placement test and the result of the test determines their level of program to be admitted to (from Elementary to Upper).
There is a pathway of the program that when young learners successfully finish YLP level 1 to 14, they are automatically admitted to General English Program at AIB. This program reflects young students' own lives, personal interests and studies, making it the most accessible and relevant program available to young learners in Cambodia today. AIB's young learners are encouraged to think critically and creatively.
During each lesson, creative, educational and fun activities and themes are employed to make sure that a variety of fun learning experience using a wide range of English language skills are constantly maintained. The students are encouraged with many interesting ways through group work, question and answer, research projects and presentations, puzzles, songs and other learning activities, including educational games to develop their skills.
