Narrative Business Plan for Banks & MFIs

Strategic Business Plan Development becomes is so important with leaders for their companies. It's a step-by-step guide a business puts in writing to achieve its business goals and objectives. The ve primary elements of the plan are the company vision, mission statement, critical success factors, strategies and actions for objectives, and a prioritized implementation timeline. Without a sound plan, leaders don't know where to lead. A good strategic plan is critical to the growth and success of your organization.

Target Participants

Finance Manager, supervisor, Branch Manager, Chief of Administration, or someone who works related to accounting and finance.

  • Lunch: 12:00 - 13:30
  • Deadline of registration: July 27, 2018

Training Fee

  • USD 98 per participant.
  • USD 92 per participant for organization sending 3-5 participants to the course.
  • USD 87 per participant for organization sending 6 participants up to the course.
  • This fee includes training materials, refreshments, lunch and certificate.

Methodology

The training methodology will be focused on experience based and participatory approaches including brainstorming, group discussion with presentation, sharing hand-on experience, training game and participants' problem raised during training workshop.

Trainers

Mr. Tuy Sovannara
Head of Department of Business Administration & Head of Department of Foundation Year

Born on 1978, he obtained a Master's Degree of Business Administration (MBA) major in Finance from National University of Management, Cambodia in 2011. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English for Business Communication (English Based, International Program) from Pannasastra University of Cambodia in 2012. He gained a Bachelor of Economics in Banking and Finance at Norton University, Cambodia in 2000. He has attended numerous short courses on nance and banking, training of trainer, management and leadership which were organized by ACLEDA Bank Plc. since 2000.

He started working for ACLEDA Bank Plc. as a credit officer in 2000 and was promoted as a chief of credit officer in 2001. He moved to work as an Auditor in 2003 and was changed to Accountant at Operation Department, Headquarter, ACLEDA Bank Plc. in 2004. He was promoted as an Assistant Vice President and Manager of Accounting Unit at Trade Finance Division in 2007. He became a Senior Specialist at Trade Finance Division in 2013. He has been assigned as a member of trainer pool of ACLEDA Bank Plc. since 2007 and responsible for delivering training courses on task of accountant, financial and accounting management, financial statement analysis, planning and budgeting, ratio analysis, off-balance sheet entry of trade finance, set up credit line, input loan in bulk into system, and prepared monthly reports to management. He took a position as a Senior Faculty, specialized in finance and accounting Training Center in 2017 and He currently hold a position as Head of Department of Foundation Year at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS.


Mr. Hang Sophalline
Senior Faculty, specialized in finance and accounting at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS

He obtained a Master's Degree of Business Administration (MBA) major in Management from National University of Management, Cambodia in 2006. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Accounting (BBA) at National Institute of Management in 2001. He has attended numerous short courses on finance and banking, training of trainer, management and leadership which were organized by ACLEDA Bank Plc. Currently, he obtained the certificate of pedagogy and methodology training course for general education from National Institute of Education (NIE) and he is very good at transferring his knowledge and skills to fulfill the participants' expectation.

He started working for ACLEDA Bank Plc. as a credit officer in 2001 and was promoted as Assistant Vice President and Manager of Accountant branch in 2002. Then he moved to work at Headquarter as an Assistant Vice President and Manager of Budgeting and Control Unit at Finance Division, ACLEDA Bank Plc. in 2011. He has been assigned as member of the ACLEDA Bank's trainer team and delivered many training courses on budget and controlling, evaluation performance ratio, budget plan preparation process in excel, Development Learning Skill, Self-Motivation, Outstanding employee, Coaching, Mentoring and Counselling Skills, Training System (TOT), since 2011. He currently holds a position as a Senior Faculty, specialized in finance and accounting at ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS.
