Phnom Penh, November 11, 2025: In a joint effort to strengthen the financial knowledge of the younger generation, ACLEDA University of Business (AUB) closely collaborated with the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) to organize a vital dissemination workshop on "Promoting Financial Literacy Awareness of the Securities Sector".
The workshop was specifically designed to provide AUB students with an in-depth understanding of how to create sound financial plans and successfully manage their personal finances for the future. Key topics covered included:
- Cultivating Saving Habits: Initiating the habit of saving and maintaining clear financial records and expense tracking from an early student age.
- Investment Understanding: Exploring the fundamental principles of investment while studying and preparing themselves to seize job opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital era.
- Passive Income Generation: Seeking ways to generate passive income through effective and secure investment in the stock (securities) market.
This collaboration underscores AUB's commitment to equipping its students with both theoretical knowledge and practical financial skills, ensuring they are prepared to become high-quality human resources for the future.
